Pink February
Slow-down days.
Hi! Happy Friday, happy Feb :)
It’s been an extra cold winter here in NYC, but I’m always happy to make it to February. It’s a short month, my birthday month, a pink month. And, in my eyes, the final stretch of the season (daylight savings being my true bookend).
Even though I am somehow freezing both inside and outside my apartment, I am trying to make the most of my slower days indoors. I’m testing masala chai recipes (always making a mess in the process), playing my games (I’m learning CS2 at the moment, oh god…), and obsessing over Traitors (my weekly watch until new Survivor!).
I haven’t been taking many photos lately, but I’m excited to bring my camera with me on a weekend getaway to Miami soon. In the meantime, I’m sharing film today from a February a few years back, featuring birthday bouquets, icy blue skies, and pin the tail on the donkey parties.
